Step by Step Guide on How to Lend an NFT and Earn ADA on Fluid Tokens
Follow this tutorial to create a rental offer to lend an NFT, allowing other users to borrow your NFT for a fee.
Total time 15 minutes
Connect your wallet and click Rent.
Connect your wallet and navigate to the Fluid Tokens app and click “Rent”.
Select Rent Your NFT
At the top of the collections screen, click the “Rent Your NFT” button to lend an NFT from your wallet.
Create Rent Offer
Read over the details and press “Continue”.
Choose the NFT to offer for rent
The platform will load all of the NFTs from your wallet.
Select the NFT that you wish to lend.
Set the rent details
The Rent Details screen will allow you to set the parametres of the rental offer.
1. Choose ADA as the rent currency.
2. Enter the Rent amount per day.
3. Enter when the offer will expire.
4. Press “Continue”.
Confirm the rental details
Confirm the transaction and sign
You will be presented with a wallet transaction to verify and sign.
Sign the transaction to confirm and continue to lend an NFT.
Success!
You have successfully created a rental offer and now know how to lend an NFT on Fluid Tokens.
Manage Your Rental Offers
Managing the rental offers can be done from the profile section of the Fluid Tokens platform.
At any point, you can cancel any inactive rental offers. If you have active rental offers and you wish to regain control of the asset, you must wait for the rental offer period to expire.
